Shiratani Unsuikyo is a stunning ravine on Yakushima, with enchanting scenery of moss-covered forests and pristine streams. On this tour, you’ll visit iconic spots including the moss convered forest known as the inspiration for Princess of Mononoke, and “Taiko Rock,” a breathtaking viewpoint.
On clear days, Taiko Rock provides a panoramic view of Yakushima’s majestic mountains and lush green forests.
There are various routes that you can take according to your stamina: from beginners to experienced hikers.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation charge will be waived only when adverse weather prevents the guest from arriving to Yakushima, or adverse weather forces us to cancel the tour. Under all the other circumstances of the guest canceling the tour, cancellation charges will be applied.
