A Deeper Discovery of Yakushima: A Tour for Rest and Exploration
The Yakushima Island Sightseeing Tour is designed to let you fully enjoy the island’s rich nature, culture, and history. You’ll explore diverse attractions such as waterfalls, wildlife along the Seibu Rindo Forest Path, Hirauchi Kaichu Onsen, and Nagata Beach, discovering the many charms of Yakushima.
The itinerary is flexible, accommodating with your hotel’s location and weather conditions. Further options include short hikes, visits to local shops, and even secret abandoned village ruins. During summer, we can guide you to scenic rivers or beaches for swimming and relaxation. Hirauchi Kaichu Onsen can be enjoyed during when ocean is in low tide, lasting for few hours. It requires small fee of 200 JPY per person. Please inform us in advance if you have specific destinations in mind.
As most spots are in remote areas with few shops or restaurants, we provide lunch boxes. If you have dietary restrictions, let us know in advance.
If you’re departing the island on the same day, we can take you directly to the port or airport. For those with limited time, we can adjust the tour to help you sightsee as much as possible. The program basically starts around 9:00 a.m. and ends around 4:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation charge will be waived only when adverse weather prevents the guest from arriving to Yakushima, or adverse weather forces us to cancel the tour. Under all the other circumstances of the guest canceling the tour, cancellation charges will be applied.
